At Kuehne\+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine. ‎ Professional in Accounting, Finance, or related fields with experience in Accounts Payable, who will ensure the correct execution of various activities and strive for continuous improvement to achieve efficiency in the department's processes. They will coordinate and work together with their team on all Accounts Payable processes. **How you create impact** * Lead an assigned team within the Accounts Payable department. * Estimate and schedule cash outflows. * Coordinate with the team the execution of payments according to treasury alignment. * Ensure that suppliers within their scope are included in the payment schedule and that their accounts are properly reconciled. * Ensure that suppliers do not suspend credit and/or services due to overdue accounts. * Attend meetings in critical cases and support management in resolution efforts. * Follow up and support the management of outstanding payment items due to their nature and/or age. * Support the resolution of technical, communication, or interpersonal issues within the team. * Identify and implement improvement plans that contribute to process optimization. * Support the onboarding and training process for new team members. * Maintain assertive communication with internal and external clients. * Prepare and analyze reports. * Support the team in critical supplier reconciliations and escalate when necessary. * Act as back up in case of team members' absences. * Ensure that all audit requirements are submitted accurately and on time. * Provide support to department management as well as to the various business units in the participating countries. **What we would like you to bring** Bachelor’s degree completed Conversational English at C1 level Experience in treasury and accounts payable Knowledge in cash flow calculation, administration and banking relations, loan management, user onboarding/offboarding, banking platforms, locating deposits IMPORTANT: Cash flow and handling of checks in the U.S., presenting differences between estimated and actual figures **What's in it for you** Joining Kuehne \+ Nagel means becoming part of a global logistics leader that values both personal and professional growth.
