With recent migration to Microsoft Teams and ongoing development of a customized operational system, Imperial is now enhancing its ecosystem by integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Business Central, and third\-party solutions. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast\-moving project and help shape the backbone of their digital transformation. **Role Overview:** We are seeking a Part\-Time Microsoft Business Central Functional Consultant for a senior\-level consulting role. This position starts at 10–15 hours per week initially, with the potential to evolve into ongoing, on\-demand support (5–10 hours per week). You will be responsible for implementing Microsoft Business Central from scratch and integrating it with the company's existing ecosystem, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM and third\-party solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the full life\-cycle implementation of Microsoft Business Central from scratch, including planning, configuration, data migration, and deployment. * Configure and customize Business Central modules across core functional areas. * Design and set up role centers, workflows, and user interfaces to align with business processes. * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure the solution meets operational needs. * Integrate Business Central with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Teams, and third\-party solutions within the company's ecosystem. **Requirements:** * 5\+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Business Central. * Proven ability to implement and connect Microsoft products with custom and third\-party solutions. * Excellent communication skills in English. * Experience collaborating with cross\-functional technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Availability for 10–15 hours per week initially, with flexibility for ongoing, on\-demand support. **Benefits:** * Compensation in USD * Fully remote work * Career growth with international clients and dynamic projects
