Your work will connect business strategy with technology, focusing on resolving bottlenecks, enabling new internal capabilities, and promoting continuous improvement. **️ General responsibilities** Identification and prioritization of needs from user departments and the business. Management of the agile team backlog, aligned with strategic objectives. Definition and prioritization of epics and user stories together with internal stakeholders. Active participation in agile events: planning, dailies, retrospectives, etc. Ensuring functional quality through testing and validation with internal users. Continuous communication of development status to all stakeholders. Definition and tracking of product KPIs, focusing on delivered value. Creation and updating of the product roadmap, prioritizing high-impact initiatives. Co\-creation of product vision and strategy with key departments. Defining MVPs to validate hypotheses and optimize internal processes. Execution of experiments and analysis of results to promote adoption and improvements. Managing expectations and scope changes with internal stakeholders. Supporting teams in adopting best practices in product and agility. **✅ Requirements** 3 years of experience leading digital products within organizations. Collaborative work with UX, engineering, data, and design teams. Focus on product decisions oriented toward value for internal users and operational efficiency. Proficiency in agile methodologies, especially Scrum. Understanding of dynamics within a product-oriented culture. Ability to prioritize based on impact and feasibility. Effective communication across multiple levels of the organization. Proactivity, strategic thinking, and rigorous execution.
