Design microcopy and transactional messages (onboarding, errors, paywalls) to reduce friction in user flows and increase trust. Define the media outlet’s verbal identity to ensure consistency with the seriousness and credibility of the holding company, creating style guides for journalists and marketing teams. Collaborate with Product Designers on A/B testing headlines, calls to action (CTAs), and value propositions to optimize conversion rates. **Requirements** \+ 5 years in Content Design or UX Writing roles. \+3 years of experience leading content strategy projects. Proven experience in digital media or subscription platforms. Demonstrated ability to translate user data into copy decisions and content solutions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to justify content decisions to non-technical stakeholders. **Desirables** Experience in the media industry.
