Core features include content feeds, short\-form video, user profiles, gamified challenges, points/leaderboards, notifications, and premium subscription/in\-app purchase. The app will ship on iOS and Android from a single codebase, integrate with an existing CMS/asset pipeline, and use a managed backend for auth, profiles, telemetry, and leaderboards (e.g., PlayFab or equivalent).
