Global Operations Readiness / Transitions Management is the team managing Business Operations transitions to deliver the BO strategic roadmap both now and for the future. The role will provide transition leadership to implement strategic initiatives and will be responsible for managing and implementing transitions to deliver value in the end\-to\-end processes. This role is focused on initiatives of high complexity, that can span transversally across end\-to\-end process areas and regions, in an environment with a high degree of interdependent changes and advanced technologies. **Our critical success factors:** We have identified three key drivers: * Community \- Building a vibrant team that will attract and engage talent, with four global hubs. * Excellence \- Simplifying, standardizing and continuously improving processes to capture synergies, scale effects and productivity improvements. * Digitalization \- Enabling transparency, data\-driven decision\-making support, agility and rapid innovation across Sanofi's entire value chain. **About the role:** The Transition Architect Demand Planning reports to the Head of M\&S Services Operations Readiness and leads teams of Transition Managers and Specialists. The transition architect will ensure the successful execution of projects. He will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all transition activities related to the centralization of processes, from definition to execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and within business case. The architect will also provide subject matter expertise to transform processes from current to future state in partnership with Global Process/Business Owners and the transformation team of M\&S Services. He will participate in early phase of the design phase to build the high\-level transition roadmaps which are essential to build the business case. **Main Responsibilities:** * Co\-lead M\&S Demand Planning solution design by providing business expertise, applying rigorous yet agile project management methodology * Establish transition governance, design roadmaps aligned with business objectives * Ensure timely delivery of key milestones including hiring, gap assessment, and knowledge transfer * Coordinate project meetings and track transition plans to maintain business continuity * Support leaders with expertise while identifying and mitigating project risks * Maintain comprehensive documentation and manage complex technology change programs * Drive business case development and partner with executives on change initiatives * Ensure compliance with company policies and promote continuous improvement **Experience:** * Strong manufacturing \& supply chain background and process understanding * Business\-oriented with experience in digital tools, including ERP systems, knowledge of quality control tool is a plus * Strong partnership and One Sanofi mindset, able to influence large stakeholder groups up to executive levels * Solid experience in large scale and complex operations transformation * Strong problem solving and ability to challenge the status quo * Proven leadership and ability to federate with good communication skills * Proven track record in designing and implementing operational models * Pharmaceutical industry background is a plus **Languages:** Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial **Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business Administration. Demonstrated problem\-solving skills, strong analytical skills and capacity to handle multiple stakeholders in a complex and changing environment.
