Job Summary: This role involves conducting technical site visits, monitoring service progress, and supporting customers with the use of electronic security systems, ensuring information quality and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conducting technical inspections and service follow-ups 2. Providing technical support and assistance in maintaining security systems 3. Generating technical reports and managing inventory 1. Strictly adhere to scheduled technical service appointments arranged by support technicians with our client to carry out technical inspections. 2. Effectively and promptly follow up on completed technical services and/or those requiring additional visits and/or pending resolution. 3. Address external customer requests regarding the proper use of their electronic security system. 4. Support the maintenance department by conducting customized technical visits to resolve technical faults that may arise in electronic security systems. 5. Generate appropriate, accurate, and clear technical reports to ensure that all electronic security systems installed and/or monitored by the company meet the quality standards established by the company. 6. Manage the inventory of equipment and materials assigned by the company for the proper execution of assigned tasks. 7. Manage and handle technical and personal information related to alarm systems and/or our customers’ systems, supplied by the company to perform assigned duties, ensuring such information is used solely within the security and confidentiality parameters established by the company and stipulated in Colombian data protection law.
