About the Role **OBJECTIVE** Develop and coordinate the mechanisms and procedures required to ensure proper management of procurement, warehousing, and finished goods distribution processes; timely supply of products to regional warehouses; and safeguarding of materials and inventory accuracy in warehouses.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES*** Coordinate complete and timely delivery of products to customers within established timeframes, including exports. * Monitor compliance with urban and national carrier routes using tracking tools. * Select transport service providers from among those currently authorized. * Coordinate and control the inbound and outbound flow of finished goods from production, other plants, third parties, and customers. * Execute material transfers (STO) generated at the distribution center (DC) in a timely manner. * Coordinate periodic, random, and control inventories at the assigned DC. * Ensure appropriate inventory rotation according to expiration dates (FEFO). * Coordinate and verify compliance, quality, and efficiency of the company’s logistics processes, implementing necessary changes and controls to improve performance. * Control freight payments arising from primary and secondary logistics activities. * Validate monthly management indicators generated by the department. Your Skills and Experience **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** Industrial Engineering or Business Administration. A postgraduate degree in Logistics and Supply Chain is desirable.**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE** Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 standards. Familiarity with ISO 45001. Knowledge of carrier management. Understanding of legal regulations applicable to hazardous materials transportation; basic knowledge of highway emergency response; contractor management. Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP inventory and transportation modules. Leadership of high-performing teams.**RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE** Minimum three years’ experience in warehousing and transportation management, inventory administration, supply chain, quality management systems, international trade, and SAP ERP. Minimum one year as a logistics center leader. **LANGUAGES** English B1 (desirable).**COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS*** Analytical ability. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Autonomy and proactivity. * Written and oral communication skills.
