We are looking for a Mining Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of specific experience in semi-mechanized coal mining to lead and coordinate an underground coal mining project. Responsibilities · Mine Production Plan Formulation: Develop and implement a strategic plan for coal production, ensuring compliance with established objectives, with knowledge of continuous transport systems such as conveyor belts and Panzer, as well as development and preparation using continuous miners. · Personnel Management: Supervise, motivate, and manage the workforce, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. · Execution of Coal Production Targets: Ensure that production targets are met on time and efficiently, optimizing available resources. · Mine Supplies Management: Administer the resources and supplies necessary for the continuous and efficient operation of the mine. · Work Schedule Planning: Plan and organize personnel work schedules, ensuring maximum operational efficiency. · Payroll Settlement for Mining Personnel: Manage the payment and payroll settlement process for all mining personnel. · Execution of Mine Support and Ventilation Plan: Design and supervise the implementation of plans to ensure proper mine stability and ventilation. · Mining Safety Supervision: Ensure all activities comply with current mining safety regulations, minimizing risks and protecting personnel integrity.
