Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician with experience in technical support for Horeca equipment to provide specialized technical assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized technical assistance for various Horeca brands and equipment. 2. Execution of technical analyses and proposals for improvement to optimize performance. 3. Customer training and resolution of technical requirements. Maintenance Technician - Electromechanical Technician - Boyacá 1 year of experience in technical support for Horeca equipment. Education: Technical or technological degree in electromechanics, electronics, or electricity. Knowledge: Specific technical knowledge of ovens and Horeca sector equipment, or technical knowledge of refrigeration. Responsibilities: Provide specialized technical assistance for various brands and equipment, including coffee machines, ovens, refrigerators, ice makers, juicers, among others. Perform technical analyses and present improvement proposals to optimize equipment operation. Train customers on proper operation and maintenance of commercial machinery. Respond to and resolve technical requests, malfunctions, and customer inquiries. Carry out preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance according to the established schedule. Ensure timely completion of assigned services in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Prepare and accurately complete technical reports and service records, detailing spare parts, quantities, codes, recommendations, and relevant observations.
