Stability with growth potential An FMCG company is currently looking for a Merchandiser with a minimum of 6 months of experience, preferably with experience managing large retail chains. Main Responsibilities: Ensure proper execution of the PAC (Point-of-Sale Action Plan) and commercial focus. Generate reports on point-of-sale developments. Achieve the SELL-OUT budget. Monitor the return rate indicator and follow up on the legalization process. Ensure accurate data entry into the field measurement tool. Effectively complete the assigned route. Requirements: High school diploma Minimum 6 months of experience as a Merchandiser in FMCG companies. Experience managing large retail chains is desirable. Must own a motorcycle and maintain up-to-date documentation. Willingness to travel. Working Conditions: Workplace: Tunja Schedule: Monday to Saturday (44 hours per week) Salary: COP $1,751,000 + variable compensation + all statutory benefits Contract type: Project-based or service contract – Disability Coverage Biweekly payment Important: A motorcycle is required to travel to neighboring municipalities; 20% travel availability is required.
