Main Responsibilities: Ensure proper execution of the PAC (Point-of-Sale Action Plan) and commercial strategy. Generate reports on point-of-sale novelties. Adhere to the SELL-OUT budget. Monitor return rates and follow up on the legalization process. Ensure accurate data entry into the field measurement tool. Effectively complete the assigned route. Requirements: High school diploma Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Merchandiser in FMCG companies. Experience managing large retail chains is desirable. Own motorcycle and valid documentation. Willingness to travel. Working Conditions: Work Location: Tunja Schedule: Monday to Saturday (44 hours per week) Salary: COP $1,751,000 + variable compensation + all statutory benefits Contract Type: Project-based or service contract – temporary coverage for disability Payment: Biweekly Important: A motorcycle is required to travel to neighboring municipalities; 20% travel availability is mandatory.
