Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician to provide specialized technical assistance, perform maintenance, and train customers on Horeca equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized technical assistance for various Horeca brands and equipment. 2. Perform technical analyses and propose improvements to optimize equipment. 3. Train customers on the proper operation and maintenance of commercialized machinery. Maintenance Technician - Electromechanical Technician - Tunja 1 year of experience in technical support for Horeca equipment. Education: Technical or technological degree in electromechanics, electronics, or electricity. Knowledge: Specific technical knowledge of ovens and Horeca sector equipment, or technical knowledge of refrigeration. Responsibilities: Provide specialized technical assistance for various brands and equipment, including coffee machines, ovens, refrigerators, ice makers, juicers, among others. Perform technical analyses and submit improvement proposals to optimize equipment performance. Train customers on the correct operation and maintenance of commercialized machinery. Respond to and resolve technical requests, malfunctions, and customer inquiries. Perform preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance according to the established schedule. Ensure timely delivery of assigned services in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Prepare and properly complete technical reports and work orders, detailing spare parts, quantities, codes, recommendations, and relevant observations.
