You do this together with colleagues within Waardeburgh and with regional partners (24\-36 hours per week). **Waardeburgh in motion** --------------------------- With 1\.600 colleagues and 1\.000 volunteers, we are building a strong and future-proof organization. We support older adults to remain living in their own (t)home for as long as possible: safely, comfortably, and while retaining control. We achieve this not only through high-quality care, but also through modern housing concepts, wellbeing activities, daytime programs, and innovative forms of support. **Waardeburgh in motion** --------------------------- With 1\.600 colleagues and 1\.000 volunteers, we are building a strong and future-proof organization. Examples include: * Contributing from Waardeburgh to further develop the Regional Coordination Point (RCP) in the AV\-region – ensuring the right care in the right place. * Participating within our "Vertrouwd Thuis" (Familiar at Home) program in projects that help older adults live longer at home. A concrete example is the further development of day programs at Waardeburgh and Rivas. You translate the vision (based on the VanThuisuit care concept and reablement principles) into practice at existing day activity locations. In doing so, you stimulate collaboration by sharing spaces, knowledge, experiences, and activities. * Realizing projects arising from the Integrated Care Agreement (IZA) in the Waardenland region. * Initiatives responding to technological and social innovations. * You seamlessly switch between tactical and operational levels. You can work in a project-oriented manner: from idea to implementation.
