Your objective will be to support all logistics and coordination processes of the team to achieve effective product distribution, directing every effort toward fulfilling the value proposition and ensuring customer satisfaction—driving your business unit to maximum daily efficiency. Requirements: High school diploma, technical or technological degree in logistics, systems, administration, or related fields. Proficiency in basic office and collaborative tools (Office 365), specifically Excel (Intermediate level). Communication and negotiation skills, customer service orientation, and problem-solving abilities. Minimum one year of specific experience in logistics operations. Working Conditions: Direct employment contract with the company, indefinite term. Current legal minimum wage plus statutory benefits. Work schedule: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.; availability on Saturdays required. Location: Duitama.
