Working Conditions Salary: $1,750,905 + statutory benefits + overtime pay. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 5:00 a.m. until completion of operations (estimated departure time between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.). Work Location: Tunja. Important: Residency in Tunja or nearby areas is mandatory due to the early start time. Required Profile High school diploma. Minimum 1 year of experience in loading, unloading, and/or palletizing processes within food companies or the poultry sector. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Teamwork skills, ability to follow instructions, operational efficiency, assertiveness, confidentiality, and analytical capability. Main Responsibilities Perform product preparation, weighing, and dispatch activities. Operate and properly handle cold rooms. Receive vehicles carrying products and manage corresponding containers. Verify product temperature, quality, presentation, quantities, batches, and expiration dates. Complete operation-established forms and records. Ensure maintenance of the cold chain. Promptly report any incidents to the immediate supervisor.
