Position: Accounting Assistant Contract Type: Fixed-term (possibility of conversion to indefinite-term based on performance) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM / Saturday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM Are you passionate about technology and sustainability? What will you do as an Invoicing Assistant? * Invoice preparation and control: Ensure our invoices are accurate, clear, and comply with internal procedures and current tax regulations. * Document review and validation: Work with purchase orders, procurement requests, and other supporting documents to guarantee billing accuracy. * Accounting software management: Use tools such as SIIGO to efficiently record and manage all transactions. * Tax administration: Verify and correctly apply taxes (VAT, withholding taxes, ICA, among others) to keep all records up to date. Teamwork and effective communication: You will be a key player in maintaining the flow of accounting and financial information within the organization. What are we looking for in you? Education: Technical or technological degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in invoicing processes, preferably in commercial or service-oriented companies. Skills: * High attention to detail. * Time management and organizational skills. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Familiarity with and proficiency in accounting software (SIIGO preferred).
