Technically ensure and improve the reliability, availability, expected efficiency, food safety and operational safety of factory equipment, lines, and installations, as well as product quality, at optimal cost. Ensure and promote a culture of energy conservation and efficient energy use. **A Day in the Life of an Electrician**
* Ensures production continuity during operations by performing adjustments or changes required by the production line.
* Executes scheduled activities outlined in Work Orders within the stipulated timeframe.
* Proactively implements inspection and maintenance plans, making necessary observations to schedule follow-up work based on detected conditions.
* Responds to corrective calls by resolving issues or collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to restore the line’s expected performance levels in the shortest possible time.
* Analyzes and diagnoses deviations in conditions, failures, unplanned stoppages, and substandard outputs from equipment and production lines to identify root causes and implement corrective actions—or participates in interdisciplinary teams to plan activities for complex root causes.
* Tracks results and identifies correlations with identified causes and implemented actions, validating or correcting the established diagnosis or defined plans.
* Achieves measurable improvements in production lines through execution of verifiable plans and actions correlated with those results.
* Knows applicable electrical regulations, standards, and current maintenance systems.
**What Will Make You Successful** **Be a Technician** in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields, holding a Professional Card issued by CONTE and/or CONALTEL.
Minimum two (2\) years of experience in:
* Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical systems (packaging machines, ovens, boilers, refrigeration units, power and control panels, motors, substations, etc.).
* PLC programming, fault diagnosis, and control and communication systems (Allan Bradley technology preferred).
* SAP PM module usage.
* Problem-solving analysis (RCA, KAIZEN, TPM).
**Knowledge Required in the Following Areas:** * Production and maintenance management standards and metrics.
* Product manufacturing technology.
* Problem-solving analysis tools (RCA, KAIZEN, TPM).
* Tin soldering.
* Electricity.
* Basic electronics.
* Advanced PLC programming, diagnostics, and software modification.
* Automation and control.
* Computer operating systems and basic software packages (spreadsheets, word processors, databases).
* Basic English
