Job Summary: Performs planned, corrective, and proactive maintenance activities to ensure continuous operation of equipment and facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician Work Location: Buga Processing Plant Shifts: Rotating Required Education: Technician or Technologist in: Electromechanics and Industrial Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields. Additional Requirements: With or without professional license; if licensed, it must be a CONTE professional license (categories TE1, TE3, or TE4) or a CONALTEL license as applicable. If you do not hold a license, you must be available to obtain one. Experience: 6 months – 1 year in maintenance areas, performing preventive, corrective, and/or predictive maintenance tasks. Job Objective: Timely execution of planned, corrective, and proactive maintenance activities for equipment and facilities, ensuring proper functionality and continuity of production processes. Important: Strict compliance with biosafety protocols is required. Salary: $2,289,000 + statutory benefits + overtime pay. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for the first three months (work-based or labor-based), followed by a direct contract with the company. Salary Payment: Monthly.
