Cerdos del Valle S.A. is looking for a committed, responsible, and proactive Maintenance Assistant - Electromechanical who will support the technical team in ensuring the proper functioning of facilities, equipment, and production systems. Main Responsibilities: Ensure the proper functioning of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems of production machinery. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on plant facilities and equipment. Support the operation and maintenance of boiler area equipment. Record daily maintenance-related activities in established formats. Perform work at heights and hot work (cutting, grinding, welding), complying with established safety standards. Report any maintenance-related incidents to the immediate supervisor or their designated representative. Support the operation and maintenance of boiler equipment. Support other tasks assigned by the technical department related to the position. Requirements: Technical degree in related fields (mechanics, electricity, electromechanics, or similar); electromechanics preferred. Knowledge of concentrate manufacturing. Basic knowledge of electricity, mechanics, grinder operation, and welding. Availability to perform work at heights and hot work. Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and teamwork. Working Conditions: Direct employment contract with the company. Salary: $2,990,000 + Transportation Allowance + Social Benefits. Schedule: Rotating shifts.
