The Zonal Manager GCCA position represents the cooperative within the territory, mobilizes business opportunities, and strengthens long-term relationships with members, partners, and internal teams. Job Mission Guarantee commercial results, team development, and service excellence within the assigned zone, achieving growth of the active membership base, product profitability, and member retention, while ensuring an optimal service experience. Key Responsibilities Commercial Management and Strategy Lead and implement the zone’s monthly sales plan. Monitor management and commercial performance indicators. Make strategic decisions to achieve targets. Ensure individual and collective team productivity. Guarantee proper execution of processes related to member onboarding and product/service placement. Regional Commercial Development Identify allied businesses, agreements, and new business opportunities in Buga and neighboring municipalities. Drive commercial campaigns aligned with the zone’s market niches. Participate in and represent the cooperative at regional meetings, committees, and events. Leadership and Talent Management Manage personnel under supervision: recruitment, selection, training, and development. Evaluate performance and strengthen commercial and service competencies. Promote employee well-being, a positive work climate, and goal orientation. Member Experience and Loyalty Ensure implementation of the service model. Guarantee positively memorable experiences at every touchpoint. Monitor member satisfaction and execute loyalty initiatives. Job Requirements (per official profile) Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree holder (mandatory), with specialization in administrative, commercial, marketing, management, or related fields. Experience Minimum 3 years in: Leadership positions. Management of sales and service offices. Personnel and sales force management. Knowledge and Skills Team leadership. Sales strategy and techniques. Commercial data analysis. Negotiation and handling objections. Communication, relationship-building, and influence. Results orientation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of the cooperative model (desirable). Other Requirements Availability to travel within Neiva and its surrounding areas. Occasional travel availability. Economic Conditions Salary Range: COP 5,000,000 to COP 9,000,000 Performance-based compensation structure aligned with commercial results.
