Candidates must hold a technical or university degree in administrative fields and have at least two years of verifiable experience managing cleaning, gardening, and facility maintenance personnel. The candidate must reside in TULUA/BUGA. Compensation includes a salary of $2,950,000 + transportation allowance of $249,095 + mobility allowance of $330,000.
