Ensure order, cleanliness, and reporting of anomalies A leading company is seeking a Process Manager - Buga / Yotoco Job Objective Ensure operational continuity of the plant through strategic support in planning, inventory control, and supervision of production lines. What profile are we looking for? * Education: Technician or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Processes, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing companies. * Knowledge: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel. * Location: Must reside in Buga or Yotoco (or be available for permanent relocation). Main Responsibilities: * Rotate across different workstations and replace operators during vacations or leaves. * Support internal movement of materials and finished products (loading/unloading). * Operate the scale when required. * Substitute for the Production Supervisor in their absence. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and reporting of anomalies in equipment and supplies. Offer Conditions: * Contract: Indefinite-term employment contract. * Base Salary: To be agreed upon. * Variable Compensation: Subject to achievement of quarterly performance indicators. * Benefits: Prepaid medical insurance. * Schedule: Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday (6:00 am - 2:00 pm / 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm / 10:00 pm - 6:00 am).
