Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Assistant or Technical Support Specialist with experience in hardware, software, networks, and equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Systems Assistant / Technical Support The company is seeking a Systems Technician or Technologist, Technical Support Specialist, Network Technician, or professional from related fields, with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar positions. Main Responsibilities: Provide technical support to users (hardware and software). Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment. Support network, printer, and peripheral administration. Manage technological equipment inventory. Install and update software programs and applications. Handle incidents within the systems area. Competencies: Teamwork, service orientation, organization, analytical ability, and assertive communication. Additional Requirements: HIGH-ALTITUDE TRAINING COURSE. KNOWLEDGE OF CLOSED-CIRCUIT SYSTEMS (CAMERA INSTALLATION).
