Job Objective Ensure the execution—within the shortest time and at the lowest cost—of activities related to coordinating, supervising, and controlling vessel and container unloading operations at port terminals, guaranteeing product quality and quantity, compliance with safety regulations, and protection of the company’s interests throughout the entire process. Main Responsibilities Coordinate, supervise, and control the tasks performed by contracted suppliers for vessel and container unloading, in accordance with established procedures and planning defined jointly with the department head. Agree with suppliers on necessary actions to maximize productivity during vessel and container unloading at port terminals. Coordinate and supervise activities related to product transportation and movement during cargo unloading, tracking transport companies involved in the operation. Ensure product quality and safety, compliance with established regulations, and achievement of defined logistics productivity indicators. Timely report operational incidents and updates accurately and in accordance with internal procedures. Maintain stable flow among dispatch, distribution, and cargo receipt during vessel unloading. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high-quality operations to prevent personal accidents. Academic Qualifications University degree in Industrial Engineering (certified). Experience Minimum 2 years as a Logistics Assistant. Ideal experience in operations requiring leadership in logistics processes.
