Our business model focuses on the customer and sustainable development, meaning it is economically viable, respectful of people, environmentally friendly, and socially responsible. **General Objective of the Role/Position** To meet production and delivery plans while ensuring product quality by using resources efficiently within the framework of the sustainability policy, contributing one’s work capacity to plant activities. **Responsibilities of the Role/Position** * General: + Change into appropriate work clothing and prepare required personal protective equipment (PPE) according to the activity to be performed (helmet, safety goggles, ear protectors, respirator, gloves, steel-toed boots, safety harness, etc.). + Maintain work areas and tools orderly and clean, and properly dispose of waste generated during work execution. + Participate in anomaly analysis, corrective actions, improvements, root cause analysis (RCA), procedures, and technical standards. + Keep PPE and assigned protective equipment clean and use them correctly. + Attend the monthly performance evaluation meeting. + Consult operation manuals, procedures, and work instructions. + Receive and hand over shift-related information from outgoing or incoming shifts. + Complete and submit the daily work schedule form to the supervisor. + Withdraw materials from the warehouse. + Locate and prepare tools required for daily activities. + Participate in plant cleaning tasks as prioritized by the immediate supervisor. Operation – Quarry Process: + Perform cleaning: sweeping, collecting materials near the source, weeding, cleaning ditches, sedimentation tanks, water tanks, and maintaining roads and civil works. + Carry out painting and area signage activities. + Clean partition walls and diaphragms. Operation – Clinker Process: + Perform cleaning: sweeping and collecting materials. + Carry out painting and area signage activities. + Clean machinery obstructed by material buildup. + Remove dust from smoke chambers or dust silos. **Responsibilities of the Role/Position** * Collect material from weigh belts for weight verification. * Remove set clinker and oversized material from grates above hoppers. * Seal openings in kiln doors using mortar. * Transport refractory materials into kilns and participate in their installation when deemed appropriate. Operation – Cement Process: * Operate loading and unloading equipment (pneumatic, manual, and electric stackers, winches, etc.) as tools for specific required tasks. * Perform cleaning: sweeping, collecting materials near the source, sumps, basements, stairs, platforms, roofs, and auxiliary equipment (pumps, elevators, screw conveyors, etc.). * Carry out painting and area signage activities. * Clean machinery obstructed by material buildup. * Receive packaging material and place it appropriately. * Supply packaging material to the bagging machine operator and conduct inventory. * Weigh and verify cement bags produced by bagging machines to ensure correct weight. * Monitor and control bag breakage across all machines and transport methods: collect broken packaging, sort it, remove valves, arrange it in designated locations, and record breakage data. * Conduct inventory of broken and recovered packaging material.
