Summary: We are seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into functional requirements and process flows, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and QA. Highlights: 1. Valuable experience in the Insurance domain, especially P&C We are looking for a **Business Analyst Level 3** with at least **3 years of experience** in a similar role. This person will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams to gather, document, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and process flows. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with stakeholders, has strong communication skills in English, and demonstrates a high level of ownership over deliverables. Experience in the **Insurance domain**, especially **Property \& Casualty (P\&C)**, is highly valued. ***Rate: USD 18/hour*** ### **Key Responsibilities** * Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders * Document requirements clearly and completely * Prepare business process flow diagrams * Act as a bridge between business teams, developers, and QA * Ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutions * Take ownership of analysis deliverables throughout the project lifecycle ### **Required Qualifications** * Minimum **3 years of experience** as a Business Analyst or in a similar role * Strong **written and spoken English** * Experience interacting directly with **business stakeholders** * Solid experience in: + Business requirements gathering + Requirements documentation + Business process flow diagramming * Strong collaboration skills with **Developers** and **QA teams** * Strong sense of **ownership and accountability** ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in the **Insurance domain** * Experience in **Property \& Casualty Insurance** is a strong plus **Must\-Haves** --------------- * 3\+ years as Business Analyst * Strong English communication * Direct stakeholder management experience * Requirements gathering and documentation * Process flow / business process mapping experience * Cross\-functional collaboration with Dev and QA * Ownership mindset **Nice\-to\-Haves** ------------------- * Insurance industry background * Property \& Casualty experience
