Job Summary: We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our innovative software house, focused on developing generative AI solutions, designing assistants, and optimizing Machine Learning models. Key Responsibilities: Support development of AI-powered generative solutions using Azure OpenAI Services, Copilot, and GPT models. Design and implement assistants, agents, and automated workflows that address business needs. Participate in training, evaluation, and deployment of Machine Learning models. Perform data manipulation, transformation, and analysis (structured and unstructured), including documents, text, databases, and files. Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and build descriptive models such as RFM, segmentation, and behavioral analysis. Develop and document processing pipelines and models within Azure managed services. Collaborate with business units to identify use cases, design solutions, and measure impact. Ensure continuous operation of implemented solutions through testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement. LLM Development Integration of language models into applications Prompt engineering Optimization of responses (quality, cost, latency) 2.
