**JOIN OUR TEAM!** **We are looking for top talent passionate about customer service and possessing solid accounting and technological knowledge.** We are currently seeking **2 Accounting Technicians or Technologists specializing in Information Technology Support, FOR THE IT SUPPORT DEPARTMENT**, professionals who are committed, proactive, and demonstrate outstanding service orientation. **IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:** * **Academic background**: Technologists or final-semester students in Public Accounting or related fields, with knowledge of **Information Technology Support** * **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in comprehensive accounting processes, payroll management, and technical support for ERP solutions—preferably **SIESA** (Enterprise, Expenses, Web Payroll). * **Additional knowledge**: * Implementation and configuration of accounting and financial processes. * Proficiency in accounting software (Helisa, Siigo, SAP, SIESA). * Experience in technical support, help desks, and customer service (call center or similar). * **Soft skills**: * Excellent personal presentation. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Attention to detail, dynamism, and service orientation. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide technical and functional support for our ERP accounting software. * Address technical and operational inquiries from both internal and external customers. * Classify and manage support tickets according to established service-level agreements (SLAs). * Coordinate with the development team to effectively resolve requests. * Train users on cash handling, cash counts, reimbursements, and other related processes. * Conduct audits on accounting documents provided by customers. * Support the review and improvement of processes such as procurement, invoicing, inventory management, and financial closing. * Manage payroll processes, settlements, social benefits, and accruals. * Perform bank reconciliations and account clean-up in accordance with accounting principles. * Assist in preparing external reporting and other annual reports. * Support the generation of certificates and other documents requested by customers. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * **Salary**: Negotiable based on experience + **performance-based bonuses and many additional benefits** * **Working hours**: Monday to Friday (availability for weekends if required). * **Work modality**: On-site / Hybrid—in Medellín **WHY WORK WITH US?** * Excellent working environment. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Continuous training. * Participation in innovative projects driving digital accounting transformation.
