Reconcile sales invoices for plant-generated industrial waste materials, then submit for approval by the immediate supervisor and subsequent posting. Optimize operational resources through continuous process improvement (reducing logistical and operational inefficiencies). Ensure proper segregation of materials to add value, thereby improving contribution margins on waste sales. Maintain constant control and monitoring of budgets allocated to each operation, including costs and profits. Conduct interviews with new candidates. Conduct regular plant visits, maintaining consistent contact with supervisors and verifying order and cleanliness at collection centers. Schedule shifts for supervised personnel in HCM and verify daily attendance records. Prepare periodic reports for internal and external customers on the performance of assigned processes. Keep operational data updated in SAP, ensuring system functionality (SAP mobility, HCM). Manage and guarantee permanent removal of industrial waste generated by clients. Submit purchase requisitions (SOLPED) for operational supplies and PPE reservations for supervised personnel, completing the delivery form. Ensure and control storage and dispatch of hazardous waste generated at the plant, where applicable. Track timely delivery of disposal certificates (RESPAL) to avoid customer dissatisfaction. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or company executives. Salary: COP $1,981,512 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory benefits.
