The Process Engineer has the key responsibility of defining process parameters for product manufacturing in the plant, ensuring safety, productivity, cost reduction, quality, and manufacturing timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to production during the implementation of manufacturing processes for new products or improvements to existing ones, aiming to produce standardized products that meet quality and productivity requirements. * Monitor process variability and implement statistical control to ensure consistent product quality. * Collaborate with other teams to identify, generate, and drive improvement ideas, prioritizing them and ensuring their adoption while evaluating their impact, in order to guarantee continuous improvement. * Document and standardize manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with IATF methodologies. * Conduct training on work instructions, process control plans, and process risk analysis for personnel involved in the production process to ensure correct application. **Requirements:** * 2 years of experience in manufacturing companies * Basic/intermediate English proficiency * Knowledge of ISO standards; familiarity with IATF standards is desirable * Ability to analyze data, perform root cause analysis, and pay attention to detail. * Knowledge of statistical analysis * Experience in the chemical sector, coatings, or resins will be an advantage.
