




Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to manage the acquisition of goods and services, ensuring optimal conditions in terms of price, quality, and timeliness, with emphasis on foreign trade and HSEQ standards. An **Oil \& Gas** sector company is seeking a **Procurement Coordinator**, responsible for managing and coordinating the acquisition of goods and services, ensuring optimal conditions in terms of price, quality, and timeliness, in compliance with internal procedures and HSEQ standards, with special emphasis on **foreign trade**, imports, and relationships with international suppliers; mandatory ERP \- SAP proficiency. **Academic Qualifications** * Professional degree in **Industrial Engineering, International Trade, International Business, Economics, Business Administration**, or related fields. * Additional training preferred in: * Foreign trade and imports * Incoterms * International logistics * Colombian customs regime **Experience** * Minimum **3 years** of experience in procurement processes, of which at least **2 years** must be directly related to **international procurement or foreign trade**. * Experience in industrial, Oil \& Gas, energy, or manufacturing sectors is desirable. * End-to-end management of **international procurement**. * Import processes: International purchase orders; Coordination with foreign suppliers; Interaction with customs agencies * Review of import documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, BL / AWB, certificates) * Management of advance payments and overseas disbursements. * Proficiency in **SAP** (MM and/or FI modules for procurement and inventory). * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills for cost analysis and comparisons.
