FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Conduct sales of the company’s products, taking into account: (\-) product technical specifications, (\-) customer needs, (\-) achievement of established targets, (\-) compliance with company policies. * Identify business opportunities for the products within the assigned territory. * Jointly define, with Sales Management/Segment Leader/Product Manager, as applicable, the strategy to maintain or increase the company’s market share. * Jointly evaluate, with Sales Management/Segment Leader/Product Manager, as applicable, competitive strategies. * Prepare monthly sales forecasts. * Prepare commercial information for the development of annual sales budgets. * Review monthly the defined selling prices and promptly inform customers of any changes. * Handle customer complaints and interact with relevant departments to provide appropriate responses to reported issues. * Manage requests for credit line approvals for customers. * Maintain regular contact with the Credit Department to stay informed about customers’ accounts receivable status and take action on cases identified as critical. * Request issuance of credit notes for: (\-) quality complaints, (\-) product returns by customers, (\-) price adjustments, (\-) invoice corrections—jointly with Sales Management. * Participate in meetings convened by Sales Management to review the company’s sales performance. * Schedule commercial visits to customers under responsibility, at the established frequency. * Schedule technical visits upon customer request or internal requirement, accompanied by the Technical Support team. * Promptly inform the Customer Service Department of customer requirements, ensuring orders are properly fulfilled regarding: (\-) product type, (\-) quantity, (\-) price, (\-) required delivery date, (\-) payment terms, (\-) delivery location. * Understand and apply Ravago Group policies related to commercial activities. * Actively participate in scheduled training sessions. * Prepare expense reports associated with approved activities essential for effective commercial performance. CANDIDATE PROFILE **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related Sciences with studies in polymers.
