At Calucé, we seek an **EIT Operations Manager** with strategic vision, leadership, and a results-oriented mindset to guarantee operational efficiency and achievement of organizational objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, direct, and comprehensively supervise the organization's operations. * Lead and coordinate operational, technological, and food and beverage departments. * Monitor management indicators and define continuous improvement plans. * Manage and optimize the operational budget. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Ensure quality, service, and food safety standards in operations. * Lead innovation and technological transformation initiatives. * Identify operational risks and establish controls to ensure business continuity. * Ensure compliance with SG-SST guidelines. **Academic Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Hotel Management, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum 5 years of experience in operational directorship or management roles. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. * Experience managing administrative, technological, and food and beverage operations. **Specific Knowledge** * Operational and administrative management. * Management of performance indicators and budgeting. * Strategic planning and continuous improvement. * Team leadership. * Knowledge of maintenance and infrastructure. * Quality and OHS management systems. **Working Conditions** * Position: EIT Operations Manager * Department: Operations * Salary: $14.000.000 * Work Modality: On-site * Willingness to Travel: YES Work Location: On-site Employment
