DESCRIPTION **TI Services Supervisor/Coordinator – Cybersecurity** At **AXITY Colombia**, we are looking for a TI Services Supervisor to ensure the proper execution of technological outsourcing services for one of our strategic clients. If you have experience leading technology, network, and infrastructure projects, and are passionate about ensuring operational excellence under international standards, this opportunity is for you. **Purpose of the Position** To supervise the overall service delivery and ensure compliance with its execution, guaranteeing technical operations under best practices of ITIL and ISO standards. REQUIREMENTS **Required Profile:** * Professional degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience leading technology, network, and cybersecurity projects. * ITIL certification (desirable). **What We Are Looking For:** * Ensure successful technical execution of the outsourcing contract. * Ensure adherence to the proposed service model, aligned with current and future ITIL disciplines. * Ensure compliance with **ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001** standards. * Actively participate in the incident response team. * Supervise compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements). * Coordinate with the client on activities that may impact service availability. * Monitor and control assigned services. * Manage and supervise the performance of the team under supervision. * Monitor KPIs to evaluate and improve operational maturity. * Support internal, external, and client audits. * Ensure proper document management and timely updates to the master document list. * Guarantee execution of established project processes. **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and decision-making. * Supervision and personnel management. * Organization and evaluation capability. * Teamwork. * Results orientation.
