Position Summary: Teaching assistant to accompany and support grade-level coordinators/subject-area teachers, implement the Institutional Educational Project, and actively participate in academic planning. Active participation in planning learning experiences **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide continuous accompaniment and support to grade-level coordinators and/or subject-area teachers throughout the entire school day. * Understand and implement the Institutional Educational Project for assigned grades or groups, preparing academic environments in alignment with the subject-area plan, course plan, and guidance from teachers and/or cycle coordinators. * Actively participate in planning daily academic activities or learning experiences, as well as projects or events within the assigned cycle—reviewing and analyzing planned content to effectively assist during implementation of these experiences or activities. * Support teaching processes according to assigned responsibilities and complementary duties of a teaching assistant, considering their competencies; and, if required, assist school services in sports and arts schools by accompanying students from preparation (e.g., changing clothes) through to their safe handover to the designated school transport route or guardian. \-Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude (project enthusiasm\- passion for teaching) to develop and improve pedagogical, administrative, and community practices. * Strengthen professional development through ongoing training conducted both at the school and in other educational settings.
