Promote continuous improvement in infrastructure processes We are seeking a Regional Cloud Infrastructure Specialist. Job Objective Manage IT infrastructure and cloud services, ensuring high standards of quality, operational continuity, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Responsibilities Execute platform administration activities for IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and user support standards. Maintain relationships with managed IT infrastructure service providers. Promote continuous improvement in IT infrastructure processes. Ensure compliance with and measurement of process indicators. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related fields. Experience in technological infrastructure and cloud environment administration. Knowledge of virtualization, servers, and IT service management. Important Experience and knowledge in managing cloud servers, specifically on GCP (Google Cloud Platform). Conditions Salary: $8,500,000 + statutory benefits.
