We need transparent staff, exceptional in managing entrusted resources, and committed to excellence in program outcomes. **Job Objective:** A natural person is required to lead and coordinate, both technically and administratively, the implementation of the project between UNFPA and the Ministry of Equality and Equity. **Travel:** Travel may be required to cities and/or municipalities nationwide and occasionally abroad, via air, land, and/or river transport, for which the candidate must possess the requisite physical capabilities and training to fulfill duties appropriately. **Work Location:** The workplace will be in Bogotá. **Job Responsibilities** * Develop and jointly agree upon a work plan and timeline with UNFPA’s Gender Advisor to achieve the intended objectives and results. * Coordinate all necessary technical, administrative, monitoring, and communication activities to ensure proper implementation of the administrative agreement and delivery of its stipulated outputs and activities. * Coordinate, support, and provide technical and operational guidance to the contracted technical team responsible for implementing the administrative agreement and achieving its stipulated outputs. * Provide technical support and guidance for the conceptualization, development, and implementation of the organizational strengthening plan and accompaniment of CSO initiatives, as well as for communication, monitoring, and follow-up of the Agreement. * Support the development, review, and technical validation of all documents and outputs stipulated in the Agreement, as well as systematization of implementation evidence, preparation of periodic reports, briefings, and other monitoring and follow-up mechanisms. * Support advocacy and technical and strategic dialogue required for full implementation of the work plan and outputs stipulated in the Agreement with national and territorial entities, community actors, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders. * Lead the Technical Secretariat of the Operational Committee to monitor implementation of the Agreement. The Operational Committee shall meet at least once per month on a date agreed upon by the parties. * Document and ensure generation and archiving of minutes, records, summaries, and all evidence related to implementation of the Agreement. * Attend meetings related to this consultancy convened by UNFPA and/or the Ministry of Equality.
