You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and foster team agility in an environment where **AI\-driven automation and data\-based execution** are core to delivery. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast\-paced environments, embrace innovation, and leverage **AI tools** to streamline Agile practices, automate Jira workflows, and generate real\-time insights.### **Key Responsibilities** **Agile Facilitation \& Delivery** * Lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand\-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. * Remove impediments and support sprint execution to ensure timely, high\-quality delivery. * Partner closely with Product Owners to maintain clear and well\-prioritized backlogs. * Foster a collaborative, high\-performing team culture focused on continuous improvement. **Agile Coaching \& Enablement** * Coach teams on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). * Promote ownership, transparency, and cross\-functional alignment. * Support adoption of scaled Agile practices (SAFe, LeSS). * Enable OKR alignment and Agile reporting tied to business outcomes. **AI\-First Project Management** * Use AI tools and agents (ChatGPT, Jira automation, LLMs) to: – Automate Jira tasks (sprint setup, backlog grooming, ticket creation). – Generate automated sprint and project status reports. – Improve visibility through dashboards and progress tracking. – Implement AI\-enhanced retrospectives, risk prediction, and forecasting.**Metrics \& Performance Monitoring** * Track Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time). * Identify risks and opportunities through analytics and trends. * Support cross\-team alignment with global stakeholders. ### **✅ Requirements** **Must\-Have** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field. * 3–5\+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Software Project Manager. * Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe Agilist, or similar). * Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. * Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile dashboards. * Hands\-on experience using **AI tools** to accelerate project workflows. * Excellent communication, facilitation, and servant leadership skills. * **English fluency (C1 or higher)** – mandatory. **Nice to Have** * Experience in Agile transformations or scaled Agile environments. * Technical background in software engineering, QA, or product management. * Familiarity with OKRs and outcome\-driven delivery.
