This role combines market analysis with sourcing execution, managing negotiations on costs, payment terms, and technical conditions with suppliers to ensure timely supply of a profitable and sustainable portfolio. You will lead negotiations and product development in the CPE region, ensuring our brands’ innovative spirit translates into feasible, profitable, and sustainability-aligned agreements.* ***✨*** ***Your mission will be:*** ***Co-create the portfolio together with Marketing.*** *You will collaborate on product conceptualization, ensuring safety, quality, legal compliance, and target costs for successful launches.* ***Lead regional strategic sourcing.*** *You will execute product negotiations across key categories, managing an annual spend of approximately USD 1,100,000\.* ***Ensure supply at the best total cost.*** *Negotiate costs, payment terms, and technical conditions with suppliers, always safeguarding working capital and inventory levels.* ***Manage and develop the supplier network.*** *Evaluate, select, and monitor strategic partners according to Avon and Natura’s audit standards (RS, QMS).* ***Ensure contractual and operational excellence.*** *Administer supply contracts, legal annexes, and support rebate and return claims.* ***Report and optimize generated value.*** *Manage quotations supporting each purchase and report savings achieved in procurement meetings.* *Bridge technical vision with execution. B1-level English proficiency and intermediate Excel skills are mandatory.
