Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer or related technology professional to provide comprehensive hardware and software technical support in corporate environments, managing technological assets and supporting upgrades. Support in technology deployment and upgrade processes IT Support Engineer \- Hardware \& Software Systems Engineer, Systems Technologist, or professional in related fields, with a minimum of three (3\) years of experience in hardware and software technical support within corporate environments. Main Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive technical support to users (hardware and software). * Manage and control the organization's technological assets. * Support technology deployment and upgrade processes. * Perform duties in accordance with the guidelines of the Digital Innovation \& IT Department. **Work Location:** Bogotá D.C. **Immediate availability.** Work Location: On-site employment
