Main Responsibilities * Monitor and control the operation of assigned security services. * Coordinate, supervise, and provide support to operational staff. * Ensure compliance with security protocols, procedures, and regulations. * Conduct security analyses and assessments at work sites. * Identify risks and implement improvement actions. * Respond to and track operational incidents. * Support required administrative and operational management to ensure service delivery. * Maintain communication and ongoing support with clients and operational staff. Requirements * University degree or technical qualification in administrative or related fields. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in personnel management and supervision. * Experience **preferably in private security companies**. * Knowledge of security service operations. * Leadership, communication, organizational, and incident-resolution skills. * Availability to perform **vacation coverage**.
