Key Responsibilities Sales Cloud (Primary): * Custom Development: Build and maintain custom applications, triggers, classes, and components using Apex, Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. * Sales Cloud Configuration: Customize lead and opportunity management, forecasting, reporting, and dashboards. * Data Modeling: Design and implement complex data models and relationships. * Security \& Compliance: Manage profiles, roles, permission sets, and ensure adherence to governance standards. * Automation: Create advanced flows and approval processes to streamline business operations. * Integration: Develop APIs and middleware solutions to integrate Salesforce with external systems. * Testing \& Deployment: Perform unit testing and manage deployments via CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. * Performance Optimization: Ensure scalability and efficiency of custom code and configurations. Marketing Cloud (Secondary): * Email Campaign Execution: Design and build responsive email templates using Email Studio and Content Builder. * Audience Segmentation: Manage subscriber lists and data extensions for accurate targeting. * Automation \& Journeys: Configure automated workflows and customer journeys in Journey Builder. * Analytics \& Reporting: Track engagement metrics and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization. * Compliance: Ensure adherence to CAN\-SPAM and GDPR regulations for email marketing. *SKILLS* Required Skill Set * Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and API frameworks. * Expertise in Sales Cloud configuration and automation tools. * Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio. * Good understanding and working experience on Campaign creation, execution with audience segmentations * Email journey automation knowledge. * HTML/CSS and AMPscript for email design and personalization. * Strong programming skills (Apex, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL). * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control. * Familiarity with Agile methodology and ability to create technical specification documents. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
