Additionally, it serves as a critical control point between Operations, Transportation, and Finance, ensuring data-driven decisions and identifying optimization opportunities. **What you’ll do…** **Cost System Control and Management** * Manage, control, and optimize the cost system to ensure positive margins. * Implement negotiations for each operation, ensuring their proper nationwide execution. * Create, parameterize, query, and validate rates within the cost system. **Cost-to-Sales Negotiation Management** * Create cost-to-sales negotiations and implement their parameterization in the system. * Manage approvals, dissemination, and proper linkage according to contract type. * Audit negotiations by modality (e.g., partner, carrier, independent contractor, etc.). **Information Auditing and Cleansing** * Validate, correct, and cleanse duplicate, blank, and operational error records in databases. * Audit back-office orders versus recorded costs. * Identify inconsistencies and manage corrections jointly with BI and internal departments. **Cost Settlements and Reconciliation** * Carry out partner settlements according to contract type, including: • absences • disabilities • applicable deductions • Sunday work • incentives and penalties * Deliver periodic reports of audited and approved costs to Finance. * Validate operational deductions against system records. **Carrier Cost Validation and Approval** * Review and approve carrier costs by cross-referencing pro-forma invoices, invoices, and actual operations. * Register invoices in the system with their internal ID and forward them to Finance for payment approval. **Support, Training, and Control for Cities** * Provide continuous support for correct use of the cost system. * Train city teams on registration, parameterization, auditing, and best practices. * Validate operational participation and track completed orders versus actual costs. **Administrative Management and Partner Relations** * Handle partner requests via email (e.g., deductions, billing accounts, payment redirections). * Create suppliers and customers in the EMMA system. * Manage updates to rate data in coordination with Transportation and city teams. **Operational Optimization and Risk Control** * Identify optimization opportunities between operational costs and sales per shipping label. * Flag practices misaligned with company values or principles. * Consolidate, correct, and reconcile reports with Finance according to schedule. **What We’re Looking For…** * **Academic background:** Finance or Accounting professional * **Experience:** 2–4 years of prior experience in operational costing, financial analysis, settlements, or information auditing. * Experience in logistics, transportation, e-commerce, or sectors with intensive operations (ideal).
