When seeking to incorporate new talent into our team, we look for individuals with high levels of innovation, results orientation, agile and digital mindset, and a strong purpose to enhance people’s quality of life.* *If your professional motivation is to grow within an industry dedicated to caring for the health of those around you—and one that relentlessly pursues excellence and continuous innovation—this is your opportunity!* **Role Purpose:** Support the end-to-end portfolio innovation strategy—from ideation through to the launch phase of various projects—by monitoring each stage of the development process in collaboration with a cross-functional, interdisciplinary team, aiming to achieve successful and timely launches. **Key Responsibilities:** **Drive portfolio growth through comprehensive management of Genfar’s pipeline** * Responsible for leading the commercial and financial viability assessment process for ideas generated from internal ideation initiatives and other strategic sources—both for current markets and expansion countries. The primary objective is to ensure a steady, strategic flow of opportunities that strengthen and sustain a competitive portfolio aligned with the company’s growth vision. **Lead new product processes and support maintenance product processes** * Lead the entire new product process: 1) Feasibility (forecast, DRE); 2) Development; 3) Submission; 4) Launch—planning, coordinating, and tracking all participating multidisciplinary teams: Genfar Lab, Licensing, Genfar Portfolio, Eurofarma Portfolio, Supply, Industrial, Regulatory, Commercial, etc. * Support maintenance-phase product processes (commercial and financial evaluation: forecast, DRE) **Define continuous process improvements** * Define thresholds and assumptions per country and channel, including expansion countries. * Drive continuous process improvement. **Ensure deliverables per project phase and key performance indicators (KPIs)** * Deliverables: Business case, sourcing case (industrial feasibility of the project), DRE * Identify risks associated with each project to propose corrective actions ensuring initial project objectives (timeline, margin, sales) * Monitor project KPIs: margin, sales, gross margin (GM), sales, investment * Internal development budget for new products. **Lead necessary meetings throughout the new product process** * Biweekly and quarterly new product committees * Project kick-off meetings (as required) * New product approval committee (as required) * Portfolio stage meeting (monthly) * Project closure meeting (as required) **Requirements** **About You** **Education:** Administration, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related fields **Specific Knowledge:** Understanding of the pharmaceutical product development lifecycle **Experience & Knowledge:** * Experience managing projects * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Knowledge of regulatory, industrial, and development topics * Familiarity with the General Health Systems across different geographies, staying up to date on relevant developments **Desirable:** Experience in commercial and/or marketing functions within healthcare and/or the pharmaceutical industry.
