Main Responsibilities Warranty Management Receive, analyze, and process warranty requests according to brand policies. Coordinate technical diagnostics, repairs, product replacements, and restocking. Optimize response and delivery times (SLA). Analysis and Control Evaluate failures to determine manufacturing defects or misuse. Control shipping, spare parts, and restocking costs. Analyze recurring failures and report improvement opportunities to production and procurement. Customer Relations Provide clear information regarding warranty terms, conditions, and coverage. Monitor post-warranty process customer satisfaction. Support commercial teams with relevant technical information.
