Operations Manager Automotive Sector / Motorcycle Assembly A reputable company with over 27 years of experience and national and international presence is seeking its Operations Manager, responsible for leading and optimizing operations at its motorcycle assembly plant. Position Objective Oversee and optimize production processes, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, adherence to production schedules, and cost control through effective management of teams, inventory, and logistics. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience as Operations/Production Manager or Supervisor. Mandatory experience in the automotive, motorcycle, or industrial assembly sector. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and production process management. Experience leading operational and technical teams. Main Responsibilities Plan and control motorcycle production. Optimize assembly lines and production processes. Ensure industrial quality and safety standards. Manage inventory, procurement, and CKD/SKD kits. Supervise logistics, supply chain, and import processes. Lead cross-functional teams and promote continuous improvement.
