




Job Summary: We are seeking a Meat Coordinator to supervise equipment inspection, maintain cleanliness and order, and implement GMP in handling meat products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the inspection and maintenance of refrigeration equipment. 2. Ensures cleanliness, order, and hygiene in meat areas. 3. Guarantees compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. We are looking for a Meat Coordinator Responsibilities: Conduct inspections to verify storage cold room and display refrigerator temperatures; inspect proper functioning of lights and machinery (slicers, grinders, packers, receiving scales, retail gram scales); promptly notify the responsible administrator of any issues detected. Maintain display refrigerators at point-of-sale, storage cold rooms, baskets, equipment, and utensils in optimal conditions of cleanliness, order, and hygiene. Perform weekly controls and monitoring of the most critical or loss-prone products. Perform weekly controls and monitoring of baskets loaded within the area. Ensure correct implementation of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in receipt, storage, cutting, deboning, slicing, cleaning, ordering, labeling, and signage of meat products. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in meat departments.
