Position Summary: Supports the supervisor team in safety management, conducts inspections, and contributes to procedure development to reduce accidents. Key Highlights: 1. Please note that Cargill does not provide relocation assistance to the work location.** **Shift / Work Schedule: Day Shift** **General Job Description:** * Support the supervisor team in reporting unsafe conditions and acts within operations. * Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections within the plant. * Implement methodologies to reduce accidents. * Support the development of standard operating procedures. * Support quality department procedures. * Report traffic incidents occurring during work-related travel. * Participate in road safety training programs. * Comply with the organization’s commitment to adhere to road safety legislation and organizational guidelines. * Timely and truthful reporting of personal health conditions. * Know and comply with corporate regulations. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Be at least 18 years of age. * Availability to complete the practical training stage in Arjona. * Currently enrolled student in academic or practical training stage pursuing a degree in EHS, Administrative Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Completed high school education. * Ability to work in various environments where noise, dust, chemicals, etc., may be present, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic computer skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. **Please attach the following documents to your application:** **Complete resume:** resume, copy of identification document, academic certificates, employment certifications or personal recommendations To apply using chat/text, please click Apply Now button OR use this link to create a login to apply.
