Description

Job Summary: Comprehensive warehouse management, including delivery, classification, inventory control, quality inspection, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the delivery and classification of warehouse supplies. 2. Conducts inventory control and quality inspection of raw materials. 3. Ensures compliance with industrial safety and environmental regulations. 1\. Deliver warehouse supplies to personnel requesting them. 2\. Delivery of supplies. 3\. Classify supplies for storage in the warehouse. 4\. Perform quality inspection of raw materials. 5\. Raw material inspection. 6\. Report supply receipts and dispatches. 7\. Deliver raw material supplies and manage tool loan control. 8\. Maintain inventory control using form F\-AD\-10. 9\. Warehouse inventory. 10\. Consolidate all invoices for submission to the accounting department in the specified format. 11\. Invoice submission. 12\. Perform assigned tasks at the construction site. 13\. Ensure warehouse order, cleanliness, and correct classification of supplies. 14\. Manage transportation and material shipments. 15\. Monitor low-stock supplies to initiate material requisitions and report to the site manager. 16\. Promptly report work-related incidents and accidents. 17\. Comply with industrial safety regulations: use personal protective equipment, follow safety and evacuation instructions, emergency plans, and the occupational health and safety management system; properly care for and use assigned PPE and equipment. 18\. Separate waste according to the classification established at the eco-point. 19\. Comply with environmental regulations regarding disposal of solid and liquid waste. 20\. Complete, file, and maintain assigned forms accurately and according to the required frequency. 21\. Adhere to documented and approved procedures established by the integrated management system.
