Required Profile: Knowledge of building, electrical and/or mechanical maintenance. Personnel management and activity scheduling. Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Main Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. Supervise the technical team and assign tasks.
